Maya
Maya was an owner surrender from a former co-worker. She had started her life on a farm, unfortunately in true Siberian form she was proficient at killing the farm chickens and bunnies. Her family decided it would be in her best interest to find a more breed appropriate home. Today she runs in harness with various team configurations, racing her first attempt in 2 Dog scooter.
Sakari
Sakari was discovered thru social media as a marauding trouble maker. She and a companion were caught several times harassing local wildlife and livestock. A number of neighbors had a hit out on her and her companion. Thankfully we were able to save one of the two. It’s took her a while to warm to us and to trust us, but once we put her in harness she discovered what she was bred to do- The change in her has been wonderful to be a part of. We look forward to her growth as she matures.
Goose
Goose was introduced to us as a rescue from a rescue. He was being fostered in the area until he was discovered running down the road by a kind passerby. The passerby went to the foster home to find they were not adequately prepared to contain a Siberian and offered to foster him. She sought our help to find a breed suitable home when he discovered her chicken coop. After a thorough massacre it was asked we contain him. His evaluation process is ongoing at this point. He is a very sweet boy and has been quick to pick up the expectations.
